Hello all, my name is Samantha Evans. I am currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Program in my hometown, at Thompson Rivers University on the Williams Lake campus which resides on Secwepemc traditional territory. I plan to graduate with my Early Childhood Education Certificate by August 2025. I am currently working on completing my first practicum for the Early Childhood Education Program.
As the third child out of five, I have a strong feeling of gratitude for children. I have always been very passionate about creating a positive environment for childhood development and believe it to be on of the most important factors in creating a healthy successful society. Children are our future leaders, and should be treated as such. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to be able support children in learning to live well together.
Growing up in the Cariboo has fostered my love for all things outdoors like fishing, riding my horse, and hiking. When I am not outside exploring the Cariboo, you can find me working on projects such as beading, baking or painting.
